About The Salty Dragon

Salty Dragon Expeditions was established in 2023, with the idea to offer boating adventures in the historic waters of Charleston Harbor.   

Capt. Rob is a US Coast Guard certified Captain with over 20 years of experience navigating the waters of Charleston Harbor. Capt. Rob has been a water junkie ever since his dad threw him in the Cashie River to learn to ski at 6 years old.  As he traveled the world in the Air Force he always found a way to get on the water. He navigated the waters around Honolulu, HI, Lake Pactoloa and the Missouri River in SD, and Biscayne Bay in the Florida Keys. He is also a certified Master Diver and has many hours diving in the waters around Charleston while serving on the Charleston Police Department. Capt. Rob will ensure you have a safe fun adventure with Salty Dragon Expeditions.
